Used Cooking Oil Collection in Surprise
Surprise's restaurant mix runs from the retail and dining corridor along Bell Road to the kitchens serving the Grand Avenue area and the Surprise Stadium spring training crowds. Grand Natural plans used cooking oil collection around each kitchen's rhythm, with a heavier seasonal schedule where spring training and winter-visitor volume calls for it.
Containers are sized to the fryer count at each location, and every pickup is documented.
